Sime Darby Property Bhd today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025, reporting a net profit of RM120 million, a 35% increase from the same period last year. Revenue also grew by 18% to RM850 million. The company attributed its strong performance to high sales rates and construction progress in its projects across the Klang Valley and Johor. Earnings per share rose to 2.1 sen from 1.6 sen a year ago. Management remains optimistic about the outlook for the financial year 2026, anticipating new launches to meet market demand and maintaining its leadership in sustainable development.
